At Our Empire UK, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with exchanges, refunds or cancellations.

 

Exchanges & Cancellations

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Send items back within 14 days of delivery.

• To cancel an order, please request this before your item has been dispatched.

 

Refund Conditions
We gladly accept refunds; however, please note:

• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

• Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned damaged or used, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

 

Custom & Personalised Items
Because each custom or personalised product is made especially for you, these cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
